Our moisture content of kiln dried wood is typically between 7-10%.

Yes, all slabs are surfaced two sides to about 80%. You can request to purchase unsurfaced slabs if you contact us.

Dimensional lumber is ruff cut and random width. Customers can request the lumber to be planed and/or straight line rip for an additional charge.

Yes we ship our product anywhere in the USA.

Packages that are able to be shipped UPS/FEDEX ground will be cardboard boxed and shipped via ground service. Oversized packages will be shipped with a LTL carrier.

We typically ship our products within 1-3 business days, larger orders may require additional time.

Shipping is calculated at the time the order is placed on most items. Larger orders may require additional time for freight quote.

We source most of our domestic lumber from Pennsylvania and some from other surrounding states. Any of our imported lumber comes from sustainably harvested timber from regions that grow those species natively.
